Price, Payment and voucher issue

1. Prices
If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, the team of Bohemia Ltd. will contact you for authorization. In case of the reservation having "on request" or "pending" status, it is necessary to receive additional confirmation from the Agency for availability. All special requirements to the hotel are being confirmed directly by the hotel on the spot and upon availability. In case these special requirements are extra paid, the Client should arrange the payment upon check-in directly with the hotel.

2. Payment
All bookings must be pre-paid. Payment can be settled at once or via deposit and additional installment. If the Client is booking less than 20 days before the check-in date, in case there is available room, the Client is obliged to pay immediately the total cost of the reservation. In case the booking status is “non-refundable” (100% charge in case of cancellation), the Client is obliged to pay immediately the total cost of the reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro. Due to Bulgarian legislation you can only make a payment in Bulgarian leva (BGN). You will be charged in BGN at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your payment.

3. Voucher issue
After we confirm your reservation, you will be able to print your voucher, as a proof of purchase, that should be presented to the service provider.
All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.
All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to Bohemia Ltd. Bohemia Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you do not receive or read carefully your voucher. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify Bohemia Ltd. immediately.

Please note: Vouchers obtained from an unauthorized source, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be cancelled without compensation.

 

Cancellation, refund and procedure to cancel a booking

4. Cancellation fee / refund
Except otherwise stated in your personal contract, hotel bookings cancelled are subjected to a cancellation fee. From the moment your hotel reservations is paid, it is committed to the specified in the reservation cancellation terms. In case the Client has not paid in the required terms, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice. In such case the Agency has no liability and owes no refunds.

4.1. Hotel booking cancelation terms are specified for every specific reservation.

4.2. Procedure to cancel a booking:
-   Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by us must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from us.
Bohemia Ltd.  will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative cancellation or no-show charges.

-   Since the cancellation request has been confirmed by the agency according to the cancellation policy above, in case there is a refund, the client is liable to provide the necessary IBAN account details in written form.

-   For online payments made through debit or credit card refunds are being settled by reverse remittance within 7 days term.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6. Bohemia Ltd. assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Bohemia Ltd.’s control. Bohemia Ltd. can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. The Agency reserves the right to change the hotel with another one of the same or higher category, keeping the same or comparable accommodation conditions and board. In such cases the Agency is not liable and owes no refund to the Client. The Agency is not liable for any damages caused by unpredictable or force majeure circumstances that cannot be avoided and are being an obstacle for the Agency or its contractors to provide the requested services. In case of non-predictable circumstances causing room cancellation, the Agency is liable to refund the total prepaid amount to the Client, without owing any additional compensation. The Agency is not liable for problems connected with accommodation of pets, in case they are not specified in the process of reservation. The Agency is not liable for personal possessions, money and documents left in the hotel room or lost. The Agency is not liable in case the Client has filled in the reservation form with incorrect data. This may lead the State Border authorities to refuse the client admittance to the country or check-in at the hotel. The Agency is not liable for visa denial, in case visa is required. In case the Agency has provided in complete form all necessary documents (hotel confirmation and voucher) for the visa application and visa has been denied, there is no refund from the prepaid amount. In cases when visa is denied after providing documents with incorrect data, the Client has previous disturbance in the country or visa application is made after deadline terms, the services will be cancelled according to the cancellation terms and fees.

 

7. Passport & Visas
Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey and stay in the country. He/She should check that his personal data are written correctly in his/her voucher. He/She has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

 

Necessary documents for children below 18 years of age: sometimes on exiting the territory of Bulgaria, local customs require notarially certified declaration from the parents. It is the client's obligation to check all necessary documents for children below 18 years of age in the closest embassy/consulate of his/her country of residence.

 

Please note: Children and students up to 18 years of age should be accompanied by an adult with appropriate procurations.

 

8. Insurance

Standard hotel insurance included.

 

9. In case of incorrect provision of the services, the Client is liable to inform immediately the Agency. The notification should be addressed in written form by e-mail or other technical means. Should you have any reason to complain, kindly note this needs to be done within 30 days of date of travel. Any complaints must be accompanied by your voucher. Legal proceedings are to be inspected by the Bulgarian Court of Arbitration.
